SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, has an EE opportunity available for a Logistics Coordinator.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12 Matric
Certificate: Commerce: Export and Import Management (Level 5)
3 Years’ relevant experience
Know and understand the basics of maritime liner trades
Understand the basics of supply chain: Ex Works / Warehouse to Ship

KPAs:

Resolve customer queries / complaints
Liaise with suppliers and deal with logistical issues
Manage Export documentation / quality control / container bookings / Invoicing
Updated/Maintain In house - Material Management System (MES)
Ensure proper Product Quality Control prior to shipping
Prepare full set Export Documentation (BOL) for End Customer
