SUMMARY:
We’re hiring a Logistics Controller (Clearing & Forwarding).
You’ll process import/export Bills of Entry, coordinate customs clearances, manage shipment documentation, prepare supplier invoices in FUSION, and support multi-port operations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 + Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Customs Clearing, or International Trade
3–5 years customs clearing & forwarding experience
Proficiency in FUSION, ACS, MS Office
Strong communication, analytical skills, and high attention to detail
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process accurate Import/Export Bills of Entry
Coordinate customs clearances and regulatory bodies
Prepare supplier invoices and manage deferment payments
Maintain permits, legal texts, and compliance
Complete month-end AR/AP and support vessel account
