Logistics Administrator (Yellow Machinery Industry)- Gauteng, Benoni

POSITION INFO:
Our client, a respected leader in the yellow machinery industry, is seeking a skilled and dependable Logistics Administrator to join their Gauteng-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a renowned brand that supplies top-tier machinery to South Africa’s construction and infrastructure sectors.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics and transport coordination
Experience in earthmoving equipment logistics is essential
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing and available to work overtime as required
A reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily transport and logistics operations
Handle documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
Track equipment deliveries and returns
Liaise with transporters, drivers, and internal departments
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed
Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries based on project timelines

Remuneration:
Negotiable depending on experience
