JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Intakes and correction of all pallets for the export market, compiling PPCEB addendums, vessel reports & vessel summaries
Sending and compiling information for clients (company invoices, loading notifications and packing lists, detailed manifests)
Sending and compiling information for local Logistic Companies (vessel reports and summaries, compiling commercial invoices, loading notifications / packing lists)
Compiling and checking weekly reports (stock reports, intake reports, logistic reports, dynamic reports)
Collection & sending of all intake documents
Allocation of all PO’s (by ship and air cargo)
Manual intakes, transfers & facilitating
Processing of documentation related to loadings
Responsible for the Load Book
Intakes, allocation, and correction of loads
Collecting and sending intake documents of all loads
Processing of documentation related to loadings
Assisting the Logistics Manager in daily logistics activities

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12
Logistics/Supply Chain qualification
Experience with DiPAR
2yrs+ experience in a similar role, in fruit industry
