SUMMARY:
FMCG importing logistics company in Sandton seeks a junior logistics administrator to join their successful team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Liaising with customers and suppliers
Arranging customer deliveries
Processing purchase orders with our overseas suppliers and coordinating all aspects of shipments
General accounting administration duties such as preparing tax Invoices and statements
Controlling inventory
Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
German language skills would be advantageous
Previous experience in an administrative role
High level skills in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
Able to work well under pressure
