SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join the team on 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility becoming permanent.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support planning and operations
Maintaining and updating vehicle and drivers records in line with  audits
Manage training and supervising drivers
Keep customers updated regarding their orders
Preparing and presenting logistics reports to senior manager
Taking important health & safety measures to avoid quality control issues

Required Skills:
Knowledge of auditing will be advantage
Must be able to work unsupervised and logically
Must be able to work after hours and sort out delivery issues
Must be computer literate
Knowledge of trucks, maintenance and logistics will be advantage
Strong organizing skills
