Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Logistics & Commercial Administrative Assistant in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
General knowledge of supply chain logistics and operations
Strong computer competences, which also involves adequate knowledge on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and adapt to new / job specific systems and procedures
Excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills
Strong problem-solving orientation
Effective, efficient, and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, service providers, and co-workers
Administration & data entry
Able to work both as part of a team and independently
Able to manage and release stress
Detail-oriented, to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
