Introduction

A beautiful and well-kept lodge near Villliers, with self-catering chalets, conference and wedding facilities is seeking a Lodge Manager with 5 years’ experience to oversee the management of the lodge and its personnel.

Experience and qualifications required

• National Senior Certificate (Essential)
• Diploma in Hospitality management or similar (Desirable)
• At least 5 years’ experience within a similar role
• Experience with Hotelier is essential.

Key performance areas

• Handle inquiries, reservations, and bookings.
• Perform cash ups
• Ensure smooth running of all lodge operations.
• Allocate duties to all staff and ensure all your bases are covered daily.
• Ensure with housekeeping that standards are always maintained.
• Perform stock take and stock inventory for the kitchen and the bar.
• Organising and coordinating functions held at the lodge.
• Ad hoc duties in relation to the day-to-day management of the lodge.

Remuneration

R 10 000 per month (Includes accommodation, meals and a company vehicle)
