An exclusive 5-star safari lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury bush property. The role requires a dynamic, hands-on individual who thrives in a remote environment, is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and can effectively lead a diverse on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in lodge operations, staff management, and high-end hospitality service standards.

Manage all aspects of daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running across all departments.

Lead and mentor department heads and staff including housekeeping, food & beverage, guiding, maintenance, and administration.

Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Address and resolve guest queries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and care.

Oversee budgeting, financial controls, procurement, stock management, and monthly reporting.

Maintain effective communication and coordination with head office and third-party suppliers.

Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in line with company policies and legal regulations.

Foster a positive team culture and support ongoing staff development and motivation.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a senior lodge or hotel management role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on management style.

Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a remote, live-in environment.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Hospitality management qualification or equivalent experience (preferred).

Proficiency in lodge management and reservation systems (e.g., Panstrat, RoomRaccoon, or similar).
