Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the lodge
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Coordinate with staff to maintain cleanliness and organisation
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and manage lodge inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in staff training and development programmes
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a hospitality or tourism management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Education:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of lodge operations and guest services
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Additional language proficiency
