Litigation and Debt Collecting Secretary

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Legal Services industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Litigation and Debt Collecting Secretary to join their dynamic team based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). 

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: 

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant certificate / diploma would be advantageous.
• Experience in Ghost Practice (advantageous).

• Draft legal documents.
• Do dictation work.
• Be able to deal with debt collecting matters, particularly Body Corporate collections, but general as well, on their own under the Attorney's supervision.
• Must already have experience of the process.
• The candidate must know how to open a file, draft a letter of demand, draft the summons (which is very standard), be able to issue the process, arrange for service and know how and when to apply for judgment and execute.
