Key Responsibilities:

• Source and select a diverse range of alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and variety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, producers, and distributors.
• Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and promotional opportunities to benefit the business.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock data, and conduct regular audits.
• Set competitive retail prices and ensure effective merchandising.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws, licensing, and regulations.
• Organize and participate in product tastings and quality evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotions and in-store events.
• Provide product knowledge training to staff and promote responsible service.

• Proven experience as a buyer, preferably in the liquor or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages and current market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with liquor laws and compliance requirements.
