• Research and document connectivity options for client sites.
• Manage correspondence and progress tracking for new line sign-ups and rollouts.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
• Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.

• Highly organised, practical, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable managing data, documents, and systems.
• Matric qualification is essential.
