SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
The Clothing Line Manager will be responsible for supervising a production line, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality standards. The role involves managing machinists, coordinating workflow, and resolving production challenges. The successful candidate will monitor output, drive efficiency, and ensure smooth communication between departments. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong factory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a full production line
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved
• Monitor quality standards and address defects
• Allocate work to machinists based on skill level
• Oversee line balancing and workflow efficiency
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
• Monitor attendance and productivity of staff
• Ensure adherence to production schedules
• Liaise with Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing teams
• Provide feedback to senior management on performance
• Train and guide staff to improve output and quality
• Maintain discipline and ensure factory procedures are followed

• 2+ years’ experience in a clothing manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing a production line
• Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing operations
