Duties:

Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs.
Present suitable insurance policies and explain benefits.
Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

Familiarity with the following:

Life insurance products and industry regulations.
CRM systems and MS Office applications.
