POSITION INFO:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role, with a focus on data entry and record keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Drivers License is essential
• Process applications for various licenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update license records in the database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Communicate with applicants regarding the status of their applications, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of license records to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to licensing activities for management reviews
