SUMMARY:

A well-established financial institution based in Durban is an Attorney Liaison Officer to join their team. The suitable person will be responsible to assist with effective and efficient management of the company's Attorney Panels with a key focus to grow the referral panel over the next few years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One will ensure SLAs are adhered to and that performance metrics are met by all panel attorneys.
The Panel Management Specialist will manage the allocation models as per agreed business strategies and ensure digitization objectives are met.
One will be responsible for achieving the Operations and Client Experience objectives in the registrations and client onboarding processes.
