SUMMARY:
Well establish law firm in Roodepoort is seeking a Levy Collection Secretary to assist with the administration and recovery of levies, supporting the legal team in managing sectional title and HOA matters

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Drafting and sending levy collection letters, summonses, and related documents
• Liaising with clients, debtors, and sheriffs
• Managing files, diarising court dates, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Handling telephonic and email queries relating to arrear levies
• General secretarial and administrative support to attorneys
• Previous experience in levy collections / debt collection (sectional title & HOA preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
• Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management software
