POSITION INFO:
As a Supervisor – Lending, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing loan origination, monitoring, and collections, ensuring compliance and healthy portfolio performance. You’ll also lead and mentor a team, contribute to policy enhancements, and support the development of sustainable lending strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loan origination strategies, ensuring accurate and timely processing of funding applications.
• Review, recommend, and lead on complex transactions, legal agreements, disbursements, and risk assessments.
• Actively monitor loan portfolios, oversee collections, and lead recoveries to minimize impairments and bad debts.
• Produce regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal frameworks.
• Manage and develop the lending team, supporting professional growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements, policy development, and strategic initiatives within the lending function.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in credit and lending (with exposure to origination, monitoring, and collections).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending/credit tools.
• Sound credit judgment with the ability to balance risk and return effectively.
