Our successful Leisure Attendants...
· To ensure all Leisure operational procedures, job cards / checklists and work instructions are carried out to a high standard
· Cash-ups and report to be done at the end of the shift and signed off by the Supervisor on duty
· Ensure the facility is always kept at a high standard of cleanliness and functionality
· Manage registrations, schedule matches, oversee logistics and ensure a smooth experience for participants
· To undertake within the operational demands of the facilities any tasks required from cleaning (housekeeping), reception and administration
· Assist all guests and provide exceptional service by addressing guest enquiries, concerns and feedback
· Assist with events and functions
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent; good customer service skills, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); previous experience as a Cashier and/ Bartender will be an advantage.
