SUMMARY:
Company based in Jhb North is looking for a Legal Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION:

3+ years in a similar position
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Experience on Quickbooks, Xero or similar
Experience within a law firm

Duties:

VAT Returns (500 transactions)
Payroll: Fixed Salary Employees (10, Monthly)
Payroll: SARS submissions
Directors Tax Returns
Workmen's Compensation
Maintenance of secretarial records (CIPC)
CIPC Annual Return
Fixed asset register maintenance
Liaising with SARS for audits and correspondence
Liaising with your Auditors / Independent Reviewers
Trust account reconciliation (10 trust creditors)
Bookkeeping Services
Raising & Sending Customer Invoices (160 invoices)
Send Debtors statements (60 debtors)
Follow up on outstanding Debtors (60 debtors)
Supplier Payments & Relations (30 payments)
Receipt Bank Processing (130 invoices)
Manage an Accounts email address (approx 80 emails)
Loading and Paying Salaries (10)
Bank Reconciliation (150 items)
Managing Expense Claims
