SUMMARY:
Company based in Jhb North is looking for a Legal Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION:

3+ years in a similar position 
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Experience on Quickbooks, Xero or similar 
Experience within a law firm

Duties:
    • VAT Returns (500 transactions)
    • Payroll: Fixed Salary Employees (10, Monthly) 
    • Payroll: SARS submissions 
    • Directors Tax Returns
    • Workmen's Compensation 
    • Maintenance of secretarial records (CIPC) 
    • CIPC Annual Return 
    • Fixed asset register maintenance 
    • Liaising with SARS for audits and correspondence 
    • Liaising with your Auditors / Independent Reviewers 
    • Trust account reconciliation (10 trust creditors)
    • Bookkeeping Services
    • Raising & Sending Customer Invoices (160 invoices)
    • Send Debtors statements (60 debtors)
    • Follow up on outstanding Debtors (60 debtors)
    • Supplier Payments & Relations (30 payments)
    • Receipt Bank Processing (130 invoices)
    • Manage an Accounts email address (approx 80 emails)
    • Loading and Paying Salaries (10)
    • Bank Reconciliation (150 items)
    • Managing Expense Claims
