SUMMARY:
A global logistics company is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team and assist with the short and long-term planning of the company, analyse the risks for new business interests and advise on new business agreements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:
  • Legal or Business Degree
 
Skills/Experience required:
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Detailed knowledge of South African legislation processes and the ability to interpret and apply legislation in respect Contractual law and Compliance
  • Experience in legal due diligence
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent Administration skills
Job Description:
  • Advise on organisations strengths and weaknesses 
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational effectiveness
  • Implement processes that improve organisational effectiveness
  • Assist with the short- and long-term planning of the organisation
  • Analyse risk for new business interest
  • Advise on new business agreements
