SUMMARY:
A global logistics company is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team and assist with the short and long-term planning of the company, analyse the risks for new business interests and advise on new business agreements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

Legal or Business Degree

Skills/Experience required:

3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Detailed knowledge of South African legislation processes and the ability to interpret and apply legislation in respect Contractual law and Compliance
Experience in legal due diligence
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Excellent Administration skills

Job Description:

Advise on organisations strengths and weaknesses
Conduct research and analysis of organizational effectiveness
Implement processes that improve organisational effectiveness
Assist with the short- and long-term planning of the organisation
Analyse risk for new business interest
Advise on new business agreements
