JOB DESCRIPTION:

Desired Experience & Qualification
To be considered, the following is required:

Very presentable and professional
MUST be fluent in ENGLISH and AFRIKAANS
Minimum Matric / Grade 12 completed
Must have own transport, drivers’ license and reside in the Eastern Suburbs of Pretoria
1-3 years’ experience in reception and/or office administration essential, experience in a similar role at a law firm highly recommended
Able to work independently and effectively manage high volumes of work with good time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients in a professional and effective manner
Computer literate in MS Office, general office administration and typing
Non-smoker
