SUMMARY:
1 Year temporary position available for a Pietermaritzburg based manufacturing company is in search of a Training and Development Coordinator with a Degree in HR or related qualification, with a minimum 3-5 years experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

3-5 Years in HR/Training related co-ordination and administration.
Min 2 Years SAP (HR) experience.
Knowledge of Learning Management software will be advantageous
Matric/N3
Degree/ Honours Degree in HR/Training/Administration
MS Office Advanced, and SAP HR/Training

Responsibilities Include:

Administration and management of all training related systems.
General office administration and training co-ordination.
Liaison with service providers and internal customers.
Management and booking of training venues, accommodation and travel.
Co-ordination/administration of external and internal training courses.
Facilitation and implementation of training initiatives.
Preparation of training reports and presentations.
Accurate record keeping and data capturing.
Addressing student queries and administration.
Assisting with compiling BBBEE, WSP and other legislated training requirements.

Able to function as an individual as well as in a team.
Attention to details, good data analysis and project management skills.
Must be able to work accurately with figures and produce advanced level reports.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Discretion, confidentiality and accuracy are essential attributes.
Strong focus on service delivery and professionalism.
An understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures.
