SUMMARY:
1 Year temporary position available for a Pietermaritzburg based manufacturing company is in search of a Training and Development Coordinator with a Degree in HR or related qualification, with a minimum 3-5 years experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years in HR/Training related co-ordination and administration.
  • Min 2 Years SAP (HR) experience.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management software will be advantageous
  • Matric/N3
  • Degree/ Honours Degree in HR/Training/Administration
  • MS Office Advanced, and SAP HR/Training
Responsibilities Include:
  • Administration and management of all training related systems.
  • General office administration and training co-ordination.
  • Liaison with service providers and internal customers.
  • Management and booking of training venues, accommodation and travel.
  • Co-ordination/administration of external and internal training courses.
  • Facilitation and implementation of training initiatives.
  • Preparation of training reports and presentations.
  • Accurate record keeping and data capturing.
  • Addressing student queries and administration.
  • Assisting with compiling BBBEE, WSP and other legislated training requirements.

  • Be able to work without direct supervision, in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • Able to function as an individual as well as in a team.
  • Attention to details, good data analysis and project management skills.
  • Must be able to work accurately with figures and produce advanced level reports.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Discretion, confidentiality and accuracy are essential attributes.
  • Strong focus on service delivery and professionalism.
  • An understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures.
