SUMMARY:
Our client in Pretoria is looking for a Learning Coordinator to provide coordination support throughout the Leadership Development lifecycle in order to ensure the successful delivery of the programmes, offerings and initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Matric / Grade 12 & Degree in Learning & development
MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint proficient
3 -5 years'' experience in learning coordination role in a corporate
2-3 years Skills Development experience, including: grant applications, BBBEE audit experience, knowledge of SETA''s and knowledge and experience in learnerships, internships and bursaries

Overall Responsibilities:

Provide end to end learning and development support
Deliver on human capital small-sized projects.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenditures.
