POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Financial Services industry is currently looking for a Leads Insurance Consultant, in Bellville, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

Generating quality sales opportunities for the Distribution channels.
Achieve the minimum production norms & targets set.
Quality outbound calls to clients to create quality sales opportunities.
Adhere to the quality standards of the Sanlam Direct CCC.
Record client information and requests on the Sentrix system.
Handle and appropriately refer customer complaints and objections.

Requirements:

Matric (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum 3 years Call Centre experience.
Call Centre experience (Outbound would be an advantage)
Previous financial services experience will be advantageous.
MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
Knowledge of Sentrix.

Remuneration:

Up to R13 000 per month plus commission.
