SUMMARY:
Lead Generator - Sandton

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Apply value-based and solution-selling principles to identify client challenges and training needs
Engage with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, Training Managers, and Executives)
Book high-quality appointments and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development / Sales team
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential clients
Attend networking events and industry engagements where applicable
Maintain accurate records of activities and leads on the CRM system
Support the overall sales strategy by providing market insights and feedback

Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, business development, or client engagement (preferred)
Exposure to B2B sales or training/services/ solution selling environment is advantageous
CRM experience is beneficial
Matric (minimum); relevant sales or business qualification is an advantage
