To provide technical support, installation, servicing, and maintenance of wide format and production printers. The specialist will ensure optimal performance of print equipment, deliver high-quality service to clients, and support pre- and post-sales technical processes.

Install, configure, and calibrate wide format and production printers at client sites.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of printers (e.g., Canon, HP, Xerox, Epson, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, etc.).

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to print equipment and resolve technical faults.

Manage firmware updates and network configurations for connected devices.

Conduct diagnostics, perform testing, and ensure machines operate at peak performance.

Provide technical support to clients both onsite and remotely.
