Labour Consultant

About Role:

National growing Labour Company is seeking a Labour Consultant, with the following minimum requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must own a reliable vehicle.

• A BCom Law/LLB or HR related tertiary education.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Labour Consulting.

• Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity, etc.), chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA/Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting contracts of employment, and sound knowledge of Labour Legislation.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must be able to sign up new clients and grow existing client base.

• Must be fluent in English (Written and Spoken). Afrikaans (Spoken) is advantageous.

• Valid drivers' license.

• Willing to travel.
