LP Gas Sales Representative Cape Town

Our Client a LP Gas distribution company in is looking for LP Gas Sales Representative to expand their clientele in the Cape Town.

Salary Negotiable plus Benefits (pension, petrol and cell phone) and Commission

Min Requirements

Have extensive experience selling products/services into the restaurant, hotel and/or manufacturing sectors. 

Have a valid driver’s license & own vehicle.

Handle negotiations of new installations, negotiate and compile contract and then present to management for approval – necessary training will be provided.

Main Requirements

The primary responsibility of the role is to establish new accounts and maintain existing sales of cylinders and bulk gas.

The primary focus of the Sales Representative is to acquire new business for the LP Gas market. 

Face to face visits with possible clients.

Communication with clients via electronic means such as email, whatsapp or phone calls.

Handling the full paper trail with new clients which include:

Obtaining all paperwork required to get approved plans.

Handling the process until the plans are approved.

Obtaining the required COC and Flammable certificate for clients.

Servicing the existing customer base in the designated area appointed to the Sales Representative.

Daily and monthly reporting on the sales calls and volumes acquired for.

Liaising with the admin office to ensure a smooth transition for new clients from their current suppliers.

Liaising with the operations team as well as the admin office to ensure that all their client’s requirements are met on a daily basis
