Join our well established client’s logistics team in Cape Town, based at their head office.

You will be responsible for managing the returns division by way of interpreting data and directing the team accordingly to ensure the best client experience. You will be responsible for continuous improvement of the returns team. It is important for the incumbent to have the Operational logistics experience but you will apply your skills and by making use of data, to enhance logistic processes.

Your duties will include managing the complete reverse logistics process. You will review and enhance processes and monitor performance measures by constantly analysing data. You will manage a small team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Completed degree in Supply chain, Logistics or Industrial engineering
Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics (either operations or analytical of nature)
Managing a small team – even if it was project based
