LOGISTICS AND DC ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
KZN – HOWICK 
The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills to support the Distribution Centre
and Logistics teams, ensuring accurate processing of information, cost control, and efficient coordination of daily operations.
2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or logistics support role is essential

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily administration and management of the CHEP portal, including pallet counts, managing disputes, and capturing transfers
• Generate and reconcile purchase orders for transporters.
• Tying up of invoices to statements for issuing to creditors
• Invoice reconciliation
• Generate and manage export permits, COAs, and batch code documentation.
• Daily capturing/allocation of routes to cost centers for month end costing
• Provide administrative support to DC, Logistics, and Finance teams

• Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP
• Experience in administering a CHEP account (advantageous)
• Strong communication, numeracy, and attention to detail
