We're Hiring: Content Co-Ordinator (Hybrid Role)
Join a dynamic SaaS company revolutionizing employee engagement through bespoke digital solutions. We're looking for a LMS Content Co-Ordinator to help us deliver high-impact learning experiences across FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.

Type: 12-Months Fixed-Term Contract (Temp to Perm)
Location: Cape Town - Hybrid (Primarily remote)

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Do

Manage client communications and support portal usage
Capture and maintain course content in our systems
Create engaging multimedia content for m-learning platforms
Collaborate with developers to ensure accuracy and consistency
Research trends, analyze feedback, and refine content
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to branding standards

What You’ll Need

Diploma or degree in education, instructional design, or multimedia
1–2 years of content creation experience (preferably medical or m-learning)
Strong grasp of instructional design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia tools
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office collaboration
