LEGAL PERSONAL ASSISTANT needed for a small Commercial, Corporate and Consumer Law Firm in Cape Town CBD

R 15 000 ctc negotiable, depending on skill and experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Experienced, supportive and kind
Competent in MS Office
Very presentable with good telephone etiquette
Proficient in English (also written)
Fluent in Afrikaans, with Xhosa being a bonus
Pro-active in administrative support
Able to engage with clients
Managing the electronic systems in the office
Support the Bookkeeper
Able to draft
Fully vaccinated
Happy to work from the office, hours 08h30 - 17h00
