Minimum Requirements

• Proven cooking experience (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen or food service environment
• Ability to manage a kitchen independently

• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Resides in or near Milnerton, Cape Town

• Prepare and cook meals according to set standards and recipes
• Take full charge of the kitchen operations at the filling station

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
