What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.

• Prepare and present sushi and Asian dishes that meet quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Drive improvements within kitchen processes and team performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.

• Manage stock levels, place supplier orders, and oversee inventory control.

• Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and ensure proper stock rotation.

• Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with legislation.

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a commercial kitchen.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

• Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations and food safety standards.

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards.

• Skills in leadership, inventory management, and food safety.
