Job Title: Kids Club Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic and creative individual with excellent communication skills to entertain and engage children. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box, generate new ideas, and create a fun and interactive experience for kids. Previous experience in teaching or a related field would be an asset, and candidates looking for a change of scenery are encouraged to apply
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children at the Kids Club
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all times
- Supervise and manage a team of Kids Club staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain and update Kids Club facilities to create a welcoming and stimulating environment
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's participation and well-being
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Valid First Aid certification
- Must have excellent English communication
- skills
- French Speaking hugely advantageous
- Valid passport as you would have 2 - 3 months training in Mauritius or Seychelles
Education:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Additional qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field advantageous
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Kids Club or similar childcare setting advantegous
- Demonstrated experience in staff management and scheduling
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Child CPR and First Aid
- Experience working in a resort or hotel setting very advantageous
Working Conditions:
- Will be bushed based with accommodation onsite.
- Will be expected to work on a cycle ie 3 weeks on 1 week off (Still to be confirmed)
