Key accounts manager

SUMMARY:
A “Best-in-Class” Food Manufacturing and Marketing Company is looking for a Key Accounts Manager located in Cape Town, a successful candidate should have extensive experience in the wholesale trade industry.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree in Marketing or Finance
• 10 Years’ experience as a Retail Key accounts manager
• Experience in dealing with Buyers at Regional level
•  Experience with trade terms and profitability reports
• Established contacts in Grocery brands
• Conflict and Account management experience
• Experience in Financial management

Duties include but not limited to:

• Management of Regional CO-OP budget and Discounts
• Management of Regional Expenses
• Management of Regional Sales Agents
• Alignment of company objectives and customer objectives
• Managing the cost of doing business with the customer
• Management of Trade funds and Discounts
• Control and supervision of Sales Agents
• Develop and review customer profit and Loss report as well as key performance indicators to improve category profitability
• Growth, develop and Maintaining Customer relationships
• Develop a regional customer service plan that supports the company’s national target

Salary: R42000pm
