SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Key Individual to join a fast-growing financial services team. This pivotal role will involve overseeing and managing the compliance, risk, and governance frameworks, ensuring the companyâs operations meet all legal and regulatory requirements. As a Key Individual, you will play a critical role in decision-making, strategic planning, and maintaining a high standard of operational integrity within the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Provide strategic direction and oversight on business operations and financial services.
Oversee risk management strategies and ensure effective implementation across the business.
Act as the key point of contact for regulators, clients, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and ensure the company adheres to all legal, ethical, and financial guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
RE5 / RE1
Professional certifications (e.g., FSB Key Individual, CFP, etc.) are highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Key Individual, Compliance Officer, or in a senior regulatory role within the financial services sector.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance processes.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
