SUMMARY:
Key Account Manager - Motor Industry

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage key accounts and sales of their products: Service Plans, Maintenance Plans, Extended Warranties, and Renewtech. You will work with dealership teams to build relationships, drive sales, and provide after-sales support.
Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers to grow market share.
• Research market trends and competitors.
• Train dealership staff on products and sales skills.
• Provide after-sales support and manage policy administration.
• Ensure SLAs are met throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and present sales reports.
• Travel to various dealer locations as needed.

• Essential:
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferred:
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
  • RE Qualification
  • FAIS Accreditation

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM).
• Experience in the motor industry and understanding dealer operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAIS, CPA, POPIA).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
