SUMMARY:
Well established Marketing Solutions company is seeking a Key Account Manager / Sales Rep to service their online business. An exciting opportunity for the right person to join their dynamic Durban based team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Sales and key account management.
Manage all customer enquiries (website, email, and telephonic).
Ensure timeous and efficient response and follow up on all customer queries, etc.
Grow business and meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage existing customer base and increase product basket to current customers.
Tap into dormant/inactive customer base to re-establish active relationship and sales.
Generate new leads and bring on new customers.
Client visits for key customers and potential new customers.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

Minimum Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Sales would be advantageous.
Marketing/Sales background with work experience in a similar role.
Own transport and willing to travel to see clients.
A commitment to customer service excellence.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships.
Proactive, organized and efficient.
Positive, energetic, fun loving team player to fit in with company culture.
