As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable technical requirements. You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile environment where your input will directly shape the solutions being developed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and software teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well understood by developers and testers.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in software development).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
- Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
