SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agriculture sector is urgently looking to employ an experienced Junior Export Sales Coordinator / Junior Trade Support Administrator at their organization

POSITION INFO:
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

Purpose of the role
Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities as per the sales plan and provide administrative support to the Commercial Managers, ensuring efficient and best-practice service to our clients.

Requirements:

Commercial qualification required – preferably B.Comm in Marketing or Logistics Management
3 – 5 years of experience citrus or fruit export industry
Experience in PR3 will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities as per the sales plan and provide administrative support to the Commercial Managers to ensure efficient and best-practice service to clients
Create and administer COS between the company and clients, including updating of shipping schedule, updating LoadBuilder, and timeous and accurate information/document exchange between the company and stakeholders/clients
Allocate stock according to availability in line with clients' weekly demand/purchase as per Commercial Manager's instruction
Finalise sales with Commercial Managers
Upkeep of the pricing system
Data capturing in PR3
Monitor stock and age of pallets
Assist other departments with data capturing during the off-peak season
General administration associated with the position
