Junior Tester (ITC-51)

SUMMARY:
A motivated Junior Tester is sought for a contract role supporting QA activities within an Agile development environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of experience in software testing to grow their career in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional specs.
• Identify bugs and support developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Participate in regression testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Use testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JIRA for test management and reporting.
• Document test results and maintain test-related artifacts.

Technical Exposure

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to API testing, defect tracking, and web-based application testing.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on experience testing digital applications.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to QA best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of Agile or DevOps environments.
