What you’ll need:

3-5 years experience working as a Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
System integration(SOAP/REST)
Technical documentation(UML-Sequence diagrams/component)
Some process engineering understanding(BPMN) would be useful
No coding required, but an understanding of how systems are designed
SQL knowledge: basic - intermediate
Understands how to interpret XSD’s
Problem solving (Reverse engineer a process)
Gap analysis
