An Office Automation/Telecoms/Software company based in the Sandton area is currently seeking a Junior Telecoms First Line Support Technician to provide high level technical support and operatively resolve incidents in the functionality of hardware and software systems

ITE

Skill set:

Technical Knowledge
Basic fault finding
Programming
Networking
MS Office literate

Job functions:

Assisting Sales Reps
Handling queries
Customer liaison
Administration
Call out to clients to resolve problems

Qualifications:

Matric
A+ or N+ would be an advantage

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE WITH VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
