Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

• Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing process optimisation initiatives.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor process performance and recommend corrective actions.

Operational Support

• Support operational planning and coordination activities.
• Assist with workload balancing and resource planning.
• Improve scheduling and workflow management.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Support management decision-making through meaningful data analysis.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Identify waste, inefficiencies, and process duplication.
• Support standardisation across operational functions.
• Assist with implementing best practices.

Project Support

• Assist with operational improvement projects.
• Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, reporting, and project tracking.
• Coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records.

Product Management Support

• Assist in managing the telecommunications product portfolio.
• Maintain product specifications, pricing, and technical documentation.
• Support new product introductions and lifecycle management.
• Monitor product performance and demand trends.
• Work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Technical teams.

Documentation & Compliance

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure operational documentation remains accurate and current.
• Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain departmental records and ERP data.

Administration & Coordination

• Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain action registers.
• Assist with procurement administration and inventory records.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reporting trackers.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (BEng or BSc Industrial Engineering).

Experience

• 0–2 years' Industrial Engineering experience.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or vacation work within telecommunications, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, operations, or project environments will be advantageous.
