Key Responsibilities:

Perform intranet content management and basic maintenance
Administer and manage SharePoint environments
Support the organisation’s data analytics initiatives
Provide frontline service desk and IT support
Troubleshoot and resolve systems queries across departments
Assist with dashboard development using Power BI
Coordinate with third-party IT service providers to ensure optimal service delivery

Job Experience, Skills, and Attributes Required:

Education:

Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in IT or a related field

Experience:

2–3 years hands-on IT experience, preferably in a systems support role
Exposure to business systems in industries like mining or plant processing is advantageous

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of IT systems and database structures
SharePoint administration experience
Basic Power BI dashboard development
Service desk or user support experience

Personal Attributes:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Results-driven and goal-oriented
High attention to detail
Excellent technical abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Resilient under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
