Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, guiding junior staff and ensuring smooth service.
• Support menu development and bring creative ideas to seasonal dishes.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and stock control standards.
• Help train and motivate the team to deliver consistent, world-class dishes.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, preferably in a fine dining or luxury lodge/hotel environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence and innovation.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with leadership potential and strong communication skills.
