Our client in the construction industry is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Site Foreman to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has completed an internship or has minimal site experience and is looking to grow their career in site management

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
• Internship experience or minimal construction site experience
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the company
• Basic computer literacy

• Assist the Site Foreman in daily site operations
• Support with supervising workers and subcontractors
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance on-site
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking
• Gain exposure to all aspects of site management
